Volpaia it's not an entertainment park but a real and lively rural community. We haven't built any new cellar but adapted the celar's tecnologies to the spaces of the old palaces and churches of the village. All the people that work in Volpaia's vineyards nd cellars live in the village like one thousand years ago.
